Dream Job

My current dream job is rather to become a project manager for a health care or a financial company. I wanted to get into health care after my prior internship experience with United Health Group. I was a business and market researcher with their product development team and that was also my initial experience with project management. However I have an upcoming internship with Prudential that will help open up many doors into the financial industry.

Though I am considering multiple different companies in different industries, I know that I want to stay in the New Jersey area. However, I am considering working in the New York Metropolitan area based off of the opportunities that I find.

I am hoping that this assignment will help me chose or further confirm the industry and the companies that I want to for.

As of right now, I am leaning towards working with BD after Graduation or furthering my career experience with Prudential depending on if I get a return offer.

Based on my finding, New York is a hotspot for both Financial and Health Care Industries.
If I am planning on staying in New Jersey for my career than Health Care is an industry to consider. New Jersey is doing singificantly better for Health Care Comapnies than Finance Companies
If I am considering commuting to New York for my career than New York has significantly more enterprises and more Net Income for Finance companies comapred to New Jersey.

Based on the comparisons, the Health Care Industry financial health is better than Industrials and the Finance Industry
While the cash flow trend are about the same, the median current ratio is exponentially increasing rapidly faster vs the other industries
The Liability/Asset trend is also decreasing at a exponential faster rate compared to the other industries

Best Performing Company Findings

The ROA and the Risk Ratio has helped confirm that BD is a compay that I want to potentially work for.
It has also added Quest Diagnostic and Integra Life Sciences to my list of potential employers.
All three of the companies had a Liability/Aseet ratio of atleast 0.5 and a ROA below 1
- BD's Liability/Asset Ratio was placed at 0.56 while their ROA was at 0.039
- Integra Life Science's Liability/Asset Ratio was placed at 0.555 while their ROA was at 0.045
