- Within the Industrials Industry (Level 1), I explored the Commercial & Professional Services sector (Level 2), I then chose Professional Services sub-sector (Level 3), and then the two sub-sub-sectors: Human Resources (HR) & Employment Services against Research & Consulting Services (Level 4).
- In terms of Profitability, both Human Resources (HR) & Employment Services against Research & Consulting Services are similar in terms of Total Revenue, Median Operating Margin x100%, and Median Net Margin x 100%.  
- Differences include, Research has double to triple the Total Operating Income or Loss.  Also, HR has almost 6 times greater Median Revenue and a significantly higher Proportion of Profitable Enterprises.
- Human Resources (HR) & Employment Services tend to be a more lucrative and safer business than Consulting services.

Noteworthy is that Research & Consulting has a Median Inventory Turnover but HR & Employment Services does not have Inventory Turnover.  R&CS has a higher median Payable Days / Receivables Days.

Oddly, HR & Employment Services only had Median Inventory Days in 2019 where it quadrupled from 100 days to almost 400 days.  R*CS has been stable from 2016-2023 with a slight uptick in 2020 during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic.  In terms of Median Asset Turnover, HR has been steadily decreasing since 2016.  The Median Cash Conversion Cycle (Day) are similar for both industries.  The Median Return on Assets for both sectors were similar in 2016, 2020, and 2023.  In between, R&CS has had lower figures.

Apple has a clear advantage over Samsung and Nokia in terms of inventory management!
