Abstract:  This project presents a comprehensive analysis of the Information Technology (IT) industry using competitive intelligence and enterprise ranking methodologies. The study examines the industry’s structure, market potential, growth drivers, and profitability trends, highlighting key factors influencing competitive positioning. By leveraging the Enterprise Ranking tool, companies within the IT sector are compared based on critical performance indicators to evaluate their relative strengths and weaknesses. The analysis also explores industry-level dynamics, including value chains, competitive intensity, and strategic opportunities.
